- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. minced fresh dill
Directions

1In a blender, combine egg, mustard and salt and blend on high. Add vinegar and blend another few seconds.

2Add olive oil in a thin stream, blending until all of the oil has been added.

3Stir in dill.

4Refrigerate until ready to use as a spicy mayonnaise/mustard.
