- 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. vinegar and oil dressing
- 1/2 bunch fresh chopped dill
Directions

1Lightly saute mushrooms in butter.

2Do not brown.

3Season with salt and pepper to taste and drain.

4Mix with remaining ingredients and marinate overnight or longer in refrigerator. Serve cold.
