  • okra
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. pickling salt
  • 1 tsp. dill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • hot red pepper

Directions

    Boil together vinegar, water and pickling salt.

    Put dill and garlic, sliced, in bottom of pint jar.

    Add okra and 1 pod hot red pepper.

    Pour vinegar mixture over and seal jars.
