Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 medium cucumbers
  • 1 medium can pitted olives, drained well
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. white garlic wine vinegar
  • 2 large Bermuda onions
  • 3 (4 oz.) cans mushroom buttons

Directions

    Mix sugar, salt, dill weed, vinegar and water.

    Bring to boil, let cool slightly to steep out flavor.

    Slice 2 large Bermuda onions and 4 medium cucumbers (do not peel cucumbers).

    Using a cabbage slaw cutter, make nice even slices.

    Use 3 cans mushroom buttons, 1 medium can pitted black olives, drained well.
