- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 (about 6 oz. each) 1-inch thick salmon steaks
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill or 1/4 tsp. dried
- 1/3 c. whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
Directions

1Microwave butter until melted.

2Stir in lemon and cream. Place fish in mixture and turn to coat both sides.

3Sprinkle each with dill.

4Cover with plastic.

5Let sit in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 40 minutes.
