- 1 3/4 tsp. dried, hot pepper
- 3 1/2 tsp. dill seed or 7 heads of dill
- 7 garlic cloves, peeled
- 5 c. vinegar
- 5 c. water
- 1/2 cup, less 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Pack jars with 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 tsp. or 1 head of dill, and green beans.

2Heat water, vinegar, and salt to boiling.

3Pour over beans.

4Seal jars and process in boiling water for 10 minutes (pints or quarts).

5Wait 3 weeks to eat.
