- 1 clove garlic
- fresh dill
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper or cayenne pepper or 1/4 tsp. dried red pepper
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. canning salt
Directions

1Add dill, clove garlic and pepper in 2-quart jar.

2Boil vinegar, water and salt.

3Pour over beans to fill jar.

4Cover and seal.

5Let sit 4 to 6 weeks.

6The longer the better.

7Serve chilled like pickles.
