- 1 clove garlic
- 1 head dill
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. salt
Directions

1Snip the ends off whole green beans.

2Wash and drop beans in boiling water.

3Cook 10 minutes.

4Pack in sterilized pint jars and add red pepper, garlic and head of dill.

5Then heat cider vinegar, water and salt to boiling and pour over beans.

6Seal jars Makes 3 pints.
