- 1 toe of garlic
- 1 head of dill
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. salt
Directions

1Take ends off green beans, wash and then cook beans (whole) until almost done.

2While still hot, pack in pint jars; add garlic and dill.

3Boil vinegar, water and salt, keeping it hot when packing beans.

4Then pour over beans and seal.

5Makes about 4 pints.

6Tastes like dill pickles.
