- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water.

2Heat cottage cheese until warm. Add sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda and yeast.

3Add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition. (For first addition of flour, use mixer on low speed.)

4Cover; let rise in warm place until light and double in size, 50 to 60 minutes.

5Stir dough down; put in two small loaf pans (7 3/4 x 3 x 3) that have been greased well or sprayed with Pam.
