- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese, lukewarm
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in water; combine in bowl cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast.

2Add flour to form stiff dough, beating after each addition.

3Cover; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

4Stir down; put into well-greased 8-inch round casserole (1 1/2 to 2-quarts).

5Let rise until light, 30 to 40 minutes.

6Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
