- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. dill seed
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Combine in mixing bowl:

3cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and yeast. Add flour.

4Cover and let rise 50 to 60 minutes.

5Stir down dough. Turn into well-greased 8-inch round casserole.

6Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.

7Bake at 350` for 40 to 50 minutes.
