- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 egg
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside.

2Heat cottage cheese and margarine to lukewarm.

3Combine yeast and cottage cheese mixtures in bowl and add sugar, onion, dill seed, salt, soda and egg.

4Add flour until stiff dough forms.

5Cover; let rise until double.

6Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

7Let rise in pan 30 to 40 minutes or until light.

8Bake at 350° for approximately 50 minutes.

9Brush with butter.

10Cool before slicing.
