Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 tsp. dill weed
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Combine all ingredients (except flour) in bowl and beat well.

3Add flour gradually until stiff dough is formed.

4Cover and put in a warm place to rise until double (about 60 minutes).

5Punch down.

6Put into well-greased loaf pan.

7Let raise until double in bulk.

8Bake in 350° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.

9Remove from oven and brush top with butter.

10If rolls are preferred, put dough in muffin tins and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
