Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. heated creamed cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm. Combine all ingredients except flour; mix well and add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition of flour. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.

3Stir down the dough. Place in a 1 1/2 to 2-quart greased casserole or shape into the form you desire and place on a greased cookie sheet.

4Let dough rise again (30 to 40 minutes) and bake at 350° until brown.

5Brush top with butter and sprinkle with salt.
