- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. cream cottage cheese (lukewarm)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water.

2Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, baking soda and egg.

3Add flour to make a stiff dough.

4Beat down, cover, let rise until light. Stir down; turn into 2-quart greased casserole.

5Cover; let rise until doubled.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
