- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. onion bits
- 1 Tbsp. soft oleo
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water.

2Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm; add sugar, onion, butter, dill, salt, soda and egg.

3Stir in yeast mixture.

4Gradually add flour, beating well after each addition. Cover and let rise in a warm place, until light and doubled (about 1 hour).
