- 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

2Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm.

3Combine cottage cheese, next 7 ingredients and yeast in large bowl; mix well.

4Add enough flour to make stiff dough.

5Let rise, covered, in warm place for 1 hour or until double in bulk. Stir dough down.
