- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. cottage cheese, warm
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water.

2Combine in mixing bowl all other ingredients except flour.

3Now add yeast mixture and flour, beating well after each addition; cover.

4Let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size (about 1 hour).

5Stir dough down.

6Turn into well-greased 8-inch round casserole (1 1/2-quart).

7Let rise in warm place and bake.

8Then brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.

9Recipe may be doubled.
