- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease or paper-line muffin cups. in large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, dill weed, onion powder and salt.

3In small bowl combine cottage cheese, milk, butter and egg until blended.

4Stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups.

5Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

6Remove from pan. Makes 12 muffins.
