- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 whole Fryer Chicken Cut Into Pieces
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Water
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Sour Cream Or Sweet Cream; I Used 35% Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Dill
Directions

1Mix flour, salt, and pepper together, add chicken pieces and coat evenly.

2Brown the chicken in the butter on low heat.

3Add water, onion, and garlic.

4Cook on low heat for 40 minutes.

5Blend the flour and cream in a bowl, mix in the dill.

6Now whisk into the chicken in the skillet.

7Make sure you get any little bits that have stuck to the bottom, this gives you that great flavor.

8Heat thoroughly but dont let it boil.

9Remove from heat and serve with fresh new baby potatoes.
