- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 6 Anaheim peppers (chili; long, fat and firm)
- 4 oz. Jack cheese
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 medium white onion
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- deep sea fish (e.g., tuna, sea bass, snapper)
- 6 limes
- Pace picante sauce
Directions

1Fillet fish paper thin; cut into bite size pieces.

3Squeeze lime juice over the fish until well covered. Ice for 1 hour.
