  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 6 Anaheim peppers (chili; long, fat and firm)
  • 4 oz. Jack cheese
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • deep sea fish (e.g., tuna, sea bass, snapper)
  • 6 limes
  • Pace picante sauce

Directions

    Fillet fish paper thin; cut into bite size pieces.

    Put in deep bowl.

    Squeeze lime juice over the fish until well covered. Ice for 1 hour.

    Remove fish from juice.

    Pour picante sauce over the fish; mix well.

    Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
