- 1 pkg. frozen green beans or 1 can beans
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook beans and drain.

2In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.

3Stir in flour, salt and pepper.

4Add broth, vinegar and dill.

5Stir until bubbly, then stir in sour cream.

6Add to beans and heat but do not boil.
