- 2 lbs. small fresh green beans
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 large cloves garlic (one for each jar)
- 4 c. water
- 1/3 c. pickling salt (Kosher)
- 2 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Stem beans, pack in hot sterile jars;

2add pepper, garlic, sprague of dill;

3heat water, salt and vinegar to a boil.

4Pour over beans and spices in jars;

5seal in a hot water bath:

6when done put jars in corner away from drafts;
-
7cover with a towel.
