Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground, cooked ham
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 3 Tbsp. chopped, fresh dill
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sour cream
- hot, cooked egg noodles
Directions

1In a bowl, combine ham, bread crumbs, onions, 1 tablespoon of dill, egg, mustard and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

2Mix well; shape into balls.

3In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon margarine.

4Brown ham balls; add remaining butter and oil as needed.

5Remove balls to a serving dish.

6Cover and keep warm.
