- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion, minced
- 3 slices bread, torn into crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- dried dill weed
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can beef broth
- 8 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Mix hamburger, onion, crumbs, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon dill and 2 tablespoons water.

2Shape into 1-inch meatballs.

3In 12-inch skillet in hot oil, brown meatballs, 1/2 at a time. Remove.

4Into skillet drippings, stir flour and 1 teaspoon dill. Gradually add broth.

5Heat to boiling.

6Return meatballs; bring to boil.

7Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.

8Skim off fat; stir in sour cream.

9Heat through.

10Do not boil.

11Serve over rice.
