- 1 Tablespoon Yeast
- 1/2 cups Warm Water
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Dried Onion
- 2 teaspoons Dill Seed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine the yeast, water, and sugar. In a small saucepan, combine the cottage cheese, egg, butter and baking soda together, and over medium heat, slowly heat until it is just warm and the butter has melted.

2Add the cottage cheese mixture to the yeast and water. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until combined. This is a sticky batter, not a smooth dough.

3Grease 12 muffin tins. Divide the batter between the 12 muffin cups and let rise until almost doubled. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 12 to 15 minutes. When the rolls come out, brush melted butter and salt on the tops.

4* You may need to add a little more or less flour than the 2 1/4 cups. I usually add closer to 2 1/2 cups, but each bag of flour results in a different amount. You don't want the dough way too sticky, but it turns out better with a slightly softer dough. Good luck!
