  • 1 (7 1/2 or 7 3/4 oz.) can Alaska salmon
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. finely minced celery
  • 1/4 c. finely shredded fresh spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce

  • assorted crackers or fresh vegetables

    Drain salmon, reserving liquid; flake.

    Soften gelatin in reserved salmon liquid.
