- 4 ounces pork minced, about 125g
- 4 each shallots finely chopped
- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- 10 each shrimp shelled, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 each eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- 3 drops sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 x wonton wrappers
- 1 x vegetable oil for frying
Directions

1Combine all chopped ingredients, with cornflour, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt mixing well.

2Place a teaspoon of mixture into the center of each wanton wrapper, pinch the wrapper together at the top to form a small package.

3Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.

4Drain and serve with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
