- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 lb. chopped dates
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cans coconut (1 1/3 c. in each can)
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Directions

1Melt butter, chopped nuts, chopped dates, 1 can coconut, sugar and vanilla.

2Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat for 8 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Add Rice Krispies and mix well.

5Form into 1-inch balls and roll in remaining can of coconut.
