  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter fudge cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 can Duncan Hines fudge icing

Directions

    Mix cake according to directions.

    Bake in 2 (9-inch) layer pans at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Slice each layer in half. Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip and confectioners sugar.
