Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can small whole onions, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces) (undrained)
  • 2 c. cut up, cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

    Rinse frozen peas and carrots under running water until separated; drain.

    Mix peas and carrots with remaining ingredients (except chips) in ungreased casserole or baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.

    Sprinkle with chips.

    Bake uncovered in 350° oven until hot and bubbly, 35 to 40 minutes.
