- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine and let set in fridge until cool.

2Heat nonstick or special crepe pan (8-inch) and using ladle or measuring cup, put enough in pan to just cover bottom; roll around the batter until pan is covered.

3Cook until lightly brown on bottom.

4Carefully flip and heat a few seconds.

5Continue until all batter is used up.

6Will store overnight in fridge until ready to use.
