   State food request slowly and clearly (multi-lingual abilities may be helpful).

   Prepare table, using dishes, etc.

   (Eating directly from food containers may be preferred.)

   Open and check the quality of the wine (several times, as necessary).

   Answer door bell; pay with cash, folding in the tip.
