Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk (scalded)
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; add sugar and baking powder to yeast.

2Let stand 20 minutes.

3Scald milk; add margarine, sugar and salt.

4Cool, then add eggs.

5Combine all with 4 1/2 cups flour.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Roll out 2 hours before serving.

8Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

9(Shape as butterhorns or pinwheels in muffin pans.)
