- 1 egg plus enough water to measure 3/4 c.
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. Gold Medal flour
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. regular active dry yeast
Directions

1Place dough on lightly floured surface.

2Divide dough into 12 equal pieces.

3Shape each piece into ball.

4Place on greased cookie sheet.

5Cover and let rise about 30 minutes or until doubled (dough is ready if indentation remains when touched). Heat oven to 350°.

6Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

7Makes 12 rolls.
