- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Scald milk and add sugar, butter and salt.

2Let cool.

3Add beaten egg, then yeast.

4Mix in flour.

5Don't knead!

6Mix with wooden spoon; it should be sticky.

7Let rise until double (1 hour).

8Flour counter as dough will be sticky! Shape into rolls; let rise.

9Bake 15 minutes at 425°.
