Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Fleischmann's yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and set aside.

2In large bowl, add oil, salt, sugar and egg.

3Cream oil and sugar; add well beaten egg, salt and yeast plus 1 cup lukewarm water.

4Work in 4 cups flour.

5Turn into large greased bowl; cover and put in refrigerator until needed at least overnight.

6Take out; add a little more flour to pastry board and knead the dough slightly, then roll out and cut rolls out.

7Let set in warm place covered about 2 hours.

8Bake at 450°.

9When done, brush with butter. Makes 25 to 30 rolls.
