- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. Rapid Rise yeast
- 1 c. water (125~)
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1 egg
Directions

1In large bowl mix 1 1/2 cups flour with sugar, salt and yeast. Heat water and butter to

2125° (hot to the touch), mix with the dry ingredients.

3Add egg and remaining flour to make soft dough. Cover bowl and let dough

4rise 1 hour.

5Knead on floured surface until smooth.

10cut your rolls out.

11Put rolls in baking dish or pan (oil baking pan or dish).

12Rolls should be turned in the oil.

13Let rise 1 hour or until double in size.

14Makes about 20 rolls.
