  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 1/2 cup Flour
  • 17 grams Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 205?C or 400?F

    In a bowl, combine water (I added an extra 2 tbsp of water) , oil, yeast and sugar.

    Allow mixture to rest for 10-15 minutes.

    With spatula or hand, mix in salt, flour and egg until combined.

    Flour hands and knead for 5-10 minutes.

    Shape dough into 12 balls.

    Place them onto a greased or parchment lined 13x9 baking pan and let rest for 10 minutes or until double size.

    Bake at 205?F for 10 minutes until tops are golden brown.

    Brush with melted butter straight from the oven.
