- 5 to 6 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. milk
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
Directions

1In large bowl mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Combine milk, water and margarine in saucepan; heat until very warm (120° to 130°).

2Gradually add to dry ingredients, beat 2 minutes.

3Stir in additional flour to make stiff dough.

4Turn out; knead 8 to 10 minutes.

5Cover with plastic wrap and then towel. Let rest 20 minutes.

6Punch down; divide.

7Can be put in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or make rolls and freeze.
