Ingredients
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 stick melted oleo
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- approximately 6 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Let yeast rise in 1/2 cup warm water (little of sugar also). Combine sugar, oleo, egg and salt together.

2Add yeast and rest of water.

3Add enough flour to knead.

4Let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

5Divide into 24 equal rolls.

6Let rise 35 minutes.

7Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.

8Brush tops with oleo, then turn on racks to cool.

9I also use this for cinnamon rolls.
