- 2 pkg. yeast
- 7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix 3 cups flour and yeast. Scald milk.

2To milk, add the margarine, salt and sugar. Cool to about 130°.

3Add liquid

4to flour-yeast mixture.

5Mix well.

6Add eggs.

7Mix in enough flour to make a soft dough.

8Knead 8 minutes.

9Place in greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

10Let rise until double. Shape and let rise until double.

11Bake at 375°.
