Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 packages yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour

    Pour boiling water over butter, sugar and salt.

    Stir to mix well.

    Cool.

    Dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Beat in eggs and add to cooled mixture.

    Add flour. Mix well.

    Let rest in refrigerator over night.

    Roll dough out to thickness of 1/4 inch. Cut rolls with biscuit cutter 2 hours before baking. Preheated oven at 450 degrees.

    Bake rolls for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

    Rolls can be frozen before they are cooked.
