  • 10 Brussels sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp. red vinaigrette
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • clove of garlic

Directions

    Whip vinaigrette, mustard, olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper and garlic with a fork until creamy.
