  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped
  • large pastry shell (uncooked)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300°. In a large bowl, beat the eggs well by hand. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time, stirring well after each addition.

    Pour into pastry shell. Bake approximately 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until mixture is set in the middle.
