   Crush Oreos in a blender or food processor.

   Mix pudding with 3 cups ice water and set aside.

   Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, Cool Whip and margarine together; then add pudding.

   Line a container with 1/2 of the Oreo cookie crumbs.

   Pour pudding mixture into crumb-lined container.

   Top with remaining cookie crumbs.

   Freeze overnight or at least 3 hours.

   Take out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
