   Cream margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar; set aside. Mix milk and pudding together until almost set.

   Fold in Cool Whip.

   Mix in cream cheese mixture.

   `Blend Oreos in food processor until powdery.

   Place 1/2 in 8-inch flower pot.

   Add pudding mixture, then remaining Oreos.

   Place artificial flowers in top.
