   Crush Oreos real fine, set aside.

   Mix together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

   Set aside.

   Mix milk and puddings. Get both mixtures and mix together well.

   Layer with Oreo cookies, mixture and Cool Whip, etc. until mixtures are gone and Oreos are on top.

   Cool in refrigerator.
