   Crush Oreo cookies fine.

   Blend soft cream cheese with 10x sugar until smooth.

   Beat pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk and refrigerate (in separate bowl).

   Add Cool Whip to cream cheese. Mix and blend until smooth.

   Add pudding mix.

   Layer mix and Oreo cookies to serve in glass bowl.
